Training and competing is not to be taken lightly for the Half or Full Ironman distances.
You’ve signed up at least a year in advance to do one of the hardest endurance events in the World.

Our goal is to get you ready physically and mentally through either one of our individualised tailored programs or through our squad sessions.
We also have a program, which gives the athlete the best of everything: programming, squad sessions, strength training programs, core training programs, massage and nutritionist.
Every year our members head to Ironman races around Australia and the World.
In 2018 we have athletes heading to Ironman New Zealand, Ironman Australia Ironman Cairns, Ironman Taiwan and Ironman WA in the full events.
In the Half Ironman events we have athletes heading to New Zealand, Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Port Macquarie and more.
Our results speak for themselves with athletes continuing to strive for Personal Bests on the full and half distance events on the circuit.
Recently at Ironman Cairns we had our first athlete Mark Rohde qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii this October.
We have also had athletes podium at the Port Macquarie 70.3, Sunshine Coast 70.3 and Tweed Coast Enduro in the 2018 season.
