Training and competing is not to be taken lightly for the Half or Ironman distances.

You’ve signed up at least a year in advance to do one of the hardest endurance events in the World.

  • 180.1km Bike
  • 42.2km Run

Our goal is to get you ready physically and mentally through either one of our individualized tailored programs or our squad sessions.

We also have a program, which gives the athlete the best of everything: programming, squad sessions, strength training programs, core training programs, massage and nutritionist.

Every year a handful of our members head to Ironman races around Australia and the World.

In  2016 we have athletes heading to Ironman New Zealand, Ironman Australia Ironman Cairns, Ironman WA.

Just recently we headed a team to Ironman Melbourne 2015 where all athletes achieved Personal Best times on a fantastic day of racing.

In  2016 we will be taking a team to IM Cairns, come join the team on their journey.
