We love to introduce new faces to this incredible sport – so we run several beginner triathlon training courses in Brisbane each season.

Our 6-week “Give it a Tri” program sets you up with training and advice to get you to the start line of your first race. It’s perfect for first-timers!

The program is focused on technique and skills for all disciplines; swim, bike, run and transition. We’ll give you the confidence to compete in a local race at the end of your course.

2018/19 Season – Course Dates

Round 1: Starts Monday 3rd September 2018

Race: QTS Raby Bay 14th October 2018 or Pink Triathlon Brisbane 21st October 2018

Round 2: Starts Monday 29th October 2018

Race: QTS Raby Bay 9th December 2018

Round 3: Starts Monday 21st January 2019

Race: QTS Raby Bay 3rd March 2019

Training Schedule

  • Tuesday – 5am: Swim
  • Wednesday – 5am: Run
  • Friday – 5am: Bike-Run (BRICK)

You also have the option to attend additional training sessions with the main squad.

Bike: Nundah Criterium Track, Hedley Avenue, Nundah

Run: Nudgee College Running Track, Boondall
